We were here for 3 nights during spring school holidays and it was brilliant-- not too crowded, our kids got to enjoy Camp Kianinny and the weather was perfect. The standard cabin was spacious, clean, and quiet. Kitchenette was adequate and had the essentials to feed 4 people (including a cheese grater). Lots of activities, paid and free, available at Kianinny. We loved our stay and will be back. Tathra is an absolute gem and I wish we had stayed longer!

Kianinny is a fantastic getaway location for families. The cabins are comfortable, the facilities are great and the kids loved all the activities. We were able to spend much needed quality time as a family

Incredible location set in the bush/rainforest between Tathra on the coast and Bega. Each cottage is close enough to each other for family holidays but set enough apart to still be secluded from others. Unlike most places, the TV was HUGE! The beds were extremely comfy and the size of the shower was amazing - including the incredible rain shower head with great water pressure!

Spacious self-contained cabin. Large bedroom with comfortable bed. Well-appointed kitchen-so we could make our own meals (saving money on eating out) It was lovely to have an generous veranda with outside table and chairs for alfresco dining. The bush setting was amazing, lots of bird song, kangaroos and we saw a goanna! We loved the lake with the free canoes although we didn't get to use them this time. The same goes for the swimming pool and games room. We did go on an adventurous bush walk. It was also less than 5 minutes drive from beautiful Tathra Beach. It was the perfect "base camp" for exploring the South East.

The cottages are so peaceful. Even when a group of kids were staying, it was a really quiet place to stay. Everything in the cottage was extremely well maintained and clean. Every surface was dust free as even the windows were clean to enjoy the beautiful view of the bush right outside our window. The staff were so friendly and the kids said their day and the kids camp was their favourite day of the holiday! Having access to the activities while staying was a nice touch, as our days finished with a game of mini golf, which we don't get to do often.

Kianinny Bush Cottages were fantastic! The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and provided great suggestions on activities and local attractions. We had a long weekend away with 4 family groups, and staff accommodated our every need including locating us all in close vicinity of each other. The kids were entertained constantly by the numerous activities available on site: mini golf, zip line, canoeing, archery, games room, volleyball, basketball, walking trails, and mountain biking. The cottages were only 3.5km from Tathra. Cottages were comfortable, and we loved having a kitchenette and the fireplace. There was so much wildlife, including ecidnas! I could not fault our time at Kianninny Bush Cottages, and we will make the effort to be back again!

Accommodation was good, the unit size was spacious, clean and tidy. The beds were fine (not luxurious, but comfortable for our needs). The surrounding bushland was lovely, and I felt very much a part of nature. Great to have a second parking space for visitors. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, we got a free upgrade, and everyone seemed really approachable. :-D

This was our second stay here and we’re already planning to come back again! Just a 5-minute drive from Tathra, yet it feels beautifully remote and peaceful. The bush cottages are charming and thoughtfully equipped with everything you might need — the kitchen is perfect if you feel like cooking. The bed is wonderfully comfy, the towels are soft, and the whole place is excellent value for money. Waking up to kookaburra laughter in the morning was pure bliss.

I Ioved the bush setting with the bonus is being 5 minutes to a great beach. The cabins were well spaced which provided enough privacy to really enjoy the quiet environment. It had lots of activities for kids and adults such as putt putt, canoeing, swimming pool as well as pool table and more.

Everything! Loved absolutely everything here. It's the best of both worlds, peaceful & fun! Lots of activities, plenty of quiet spaces for R&R. Our cabin was fantastic, plenty of space, very comfortable & homely. We're already planning our next visit, but next time we're staying for a week. 2 nights here, just wasn't enough. The lovely lady in reception was friendly & helpful. Can't wait until next year to stay again!!
